Honey With Maple Syrup

Late March and early April are busy times for the numerous farming families who tap the Quebec sugar maples and reduce the sap into delicious maple syrup.

Similarly, Manitoban families are doing the very same thing to the bountiful Manitoban Maple trees found across our vast province.

Each year, we trade a quantity of our John Russell clover honey for some of the local Maple bounty.
