Buckwheat is a strong tasting, dark honey that will dominate in flavour wherever it is used. A favourite in Slavic and Eastern European cultures, this very unique honey has been found to have the highest level of antioxidants save for New Zealand's manuka honey, and is a much loved staple in Polish, Ukrainian, Jewish, and other culinary traditions.
