- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup scrumptious Manitoba honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp of chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup of grated carrots
- 2 tsp celery salt
- Beat in sour cream until thick.
- Combine remaining ingredients with sour cream.
- Pour mixture over cabbage.
- Toss until well blended.
