Ingredients
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 peeled, diced apple
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp scrumptious Manitoba honey
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
