Instrumental
(Instrumental) currently features the Oaxacan coffee ‘Sierra Mixteca’, named after the mountain range whose highlands provide the livelihood of hundreds of small-scale coffee producers. This particular lot comes from 70 farms, each about 2 hectares in size. Because of the remote location of these farms, our importer Caravela provides the transportation of each crop directly - eliminating this barrier from entering the specialty coffee market. As always (Instrumental) is a perfect choice for a clean, sweet and full cup of filter coffee.

Stargazer (espresso)
Stargazer currently features La Roca, a fully washed Nicaraguan coffee from 40 farmers located in the nature reserve ‘Cordillera de Dipilto’, just against the Honduran border. This exceptional coffee is processed each day at peak ripeness and pulped at each farm’s micro-mill. It is then fermented for an average of 34 hours in tanks, varying based off the temperature during the harvest season. Each lot is kept separate when they are brought together to be dried, ensuring fair payment and valuable feedback. As an espresso look for notes of hazelnut + dark chocolate, with just a subtle sparkle to help get you going.
