With typhoons devastating Madagascar's vanilla plantations over the last 5 years, good quality fair trade beans have been almost impossible to find. But we got lucky and scored 50 plump and fragrant pods, and have been infusing them since October.

We continue trying to source good quality ethical beans, but in the meantime don't let this small batch lot of Vanilla infused honey slip through your fingers! When they are gone, they are gone until we get lucky once again.
